Aaron Littles
Meet Aaron
Aaron is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, (Bachelor of Science) and former United States Marine Corps Captain and Logistics Officer 2005-2011. As a Marine Corps officer, he had multiple deployments with commendations and Combat Action, he was responsible for all logistics operations for a Battalion Landing Team of over 1,000 Marines and Sailors. He grew in role and responsibility and became a Company Commander leading over 250 Marines and Sailors. After a successful and honorable tour of duty, Aaron transitioned into the financial services industry as a Program and Project Manager at JP Morgan Chase (2011-2017). He led multiple projects that had regulatory impact for the Auto Finance Business division. Awarded for excellence in the successful completion of a multi-year project that prevented a major fine to JPMC.
In 2017 Aaron joined Gale Healthcare to help launch the Chicago Branch. He successfully grew that office to 5K hours per week and over $10MM in sales in just 30 months. Over his tenure at Gale his role and responsibilities grew and he was named the Director of Operations in 2018 and subsequently promoted to COO in 2020. After successfully leading Gale through the COVID-19 pandemic and an estimated $1B Valuation on over $400M in revenue, Aaron was again promoted to a new role CTXO (Chief Transformation Officer) which is guiding Gale United into new ventures including the brainchild platform Aaron created, Springboard.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Aaron co-founded Per Diem Therapy Xperts (PDTX) alongside Saritha Ramasamy in 2024. Together, they built a specialized therapy-focused staffing firm dedicated to elevating patient care through highly flexible, reliable, and clinician-centered workforce solutions. Their shared vision positioned PDTX as an innovative partner to healthcare organizations nationwide.
