Jennifer Beene is the Vice President of Recruiting at Geaux Care Staffing, where her mission is to connect talented healthcare professionals with meaningful, rewarding assignments. A proud graduate of Southern University and A&M College, Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and brings over 15 years of clinical and staffing experience to her role.

Jenn’s foundation is in Emergency Room nursing, where she spent nine years building the calm, quick-thinking, and compassionate skillset that defines her approach today. She also spent three years specializing in endoscopy and continues to provide bedside care on a PRN basis as an RN at Lane Regional Medical Center. Her six years in recruiting have been driven by one core belief: staffing solutions should be designed by nurses, for nurses.
